With that in mind, and with sincere devotion to customer service, we offer Added Value Commitment with each in-store purchase of a new sewing machine:<br>\u2022 Free unlimited lessons with every new sewing machine purchase by appointment only &#8211; please call to schedule.<br>\u2022 Free Service\/Cleaning (does not include repairs) &#8211; This expires after you have had the machine longer than 1 year from original purchase date.<br>\u2022 15% Discount on machine accessories on your day of purchase<br>\u2022 Free telephone support from 10 am to 5:30 pm<br>\u2022 Advanced Classes available<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sewing Machine Return Policy<br><\/strong>It is our sincere desire that you, our customer, are completely delighted with your sewing machine purchase, and that it meets your needs. However, in the event that you need to make a return, our policies for machine returns are as follows:<br>We allow a full return on any new sewing machine purchased in our store within seven (7) days, with original receipt. If you are unsure of this time due to holidays, please don\u2019t hesitate to call us. The return will be given back on the same payment form used when originally purchased. The machine must be returned intact without damage, with all parts and accessories, and in original packaging. Shipping charges and fees will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that is damaged by a customer or not returned in new condition and in original packaging. Any shipping charges or fees will not be refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within thirty (30) days of original purchase date, you may trade your machine in for the full paid value towards the purchase of an upgraded model at regular pricing. The new model must be priced at least 25% higher than your original purchase price. Bonus items including, but not limited to software may be deducted from purchase price, and may not be eligible to be traded in. After 30 days, you may still trade your machine according to our current value schedule. Ready Set Sew has the right to determine that value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our return policy does not apply to any Used Machines.  Each machine has been cleaned\/serviced and is in excellent working condition.  All Used Machine Sales are final. Machine warranty may or may not be transferable. Please ask, per machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All machines being sold by individuals through Ready Set Sew are final. In purchasing a machine being sold by an individual:<br>\u201cI understand that Ready Set Sew is not responsible for this sale. Ready Set Sew does not offer a warranty or a free service\/cleaning. Lauren will honor ONE guide lesson, not exceeding 1 hour. Guide lesson is about the machine only, not about how to do a technique or a specific project. I understand this machine sale is final.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Class Cancellation Policy<br><\/strong>Thank you for signing up for a class at Ready Set Sew in East Ridge\/Chattanooga, Tennessee.  Due to the high number of late-notice cancellations, our cancellation policy has been updated:  In the case that you are unable to attend the class, you must cancel at least 5 days prior to class date for a FULL refund. If you cancel 3-5 days prior to class, there is a 50% forfeiture fee deducted from your class fee. You may choose to transfer to another class if available, with a $20 transfer fee plus additional registration fee if applicable. If you cancel less than 3 days prior to class, your class fee is 100% forfeited.
